Aloha Pilates owner, Jessica Keith has been teaching Pilates for the past 8 years. She was first introduced to the method in 2002 while living on the Island of Maui. Soon after she decided to come to Seattle and enter the Authentic Pilates Teacher Training Program. She was lucky enough to be able to complete her apprenticeship at both Seattle Pilates International and Metropolitan Pilates. In September 2003 Jessica was certified by Romana Kryzanowska ( Master Teacher and Joseph Pilates chosen successor) herself! After becoming certified, Jessica taught at various studios in the Seattle area gaining more experience.In 2006 she opened her studio, Aloha Pilates in West Seattle. The studio was a great success and Jessica was able to grow the business into a 4 -instructor team. Following the birth of her two sons, Jessica and her husband decided to make the move to Issaquah and are loving it. After many months of careful consideration, Jessica decided to pass her West Seattle studio on to another instructor and begin focusing her energy building a clientele in the Issaquah/Sammamish area.
